All our vans come equipped with trolleys, blankets, straps, bungee cords, tracking and sat-nav. Vans are used only for transporting furniture and household items.
We do NOT offer rubbish clearance, junk removals, or waste disposal.
We offer three van sizes. Make sure you choose the correct size for your move. You can view the full dimensions on our website.
Sometimes a larger van may be sent, but we will limit the usable loading space unless you choose to upgrade.
We operate across London and nationwide. Your online quote includes all fees based on your selected order details.

A booking includes one full load of the selected van. Additional loads are charged as one extra hour + added distance/time.
If you order one helper, the driver assists with loading/unloading. For heavy or large items, please book two helpers.
One passenger may travel in the van if there is an available seat, but not guaranteed. Always arrange backup transport.
To change your quote (date, time, van size, helpers, addresses), please submit a new quote on our website.
To change an existing booking, use the Contact Form, email, SMS, or call with your order number.
Voicemail requests are not accepted.
To cancel, submit the cancellation through the Contact Form or by SMS with your order number.
Voicemail cancellations are not accepted.
Cancelling 48 hours+ before the move: full refund.
Cancelling within 48 hours: 30% cancellation fee.
Accepted payment methods:
A minimum 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance must be paid before unloading.
We provide:
Goods in Transit insurance applies only when the Inventory List is completed.
Damage must be reported before our team leaves. Once the team has departed, we cannot accept responsibility.
We can assist with packing/unpacking at the same hourly rate.
Do not overload boxes—keep boxes under 20–25kg.
Packing materials are not included unless ordered separately.
You pay only for the materials used on the day.
We can assist with assembling or disassembling furniture at no additional cost (standard hourly rate applies).
Please provide any specialised tools if required.
Customers must arrange parking and permits.
If no permit is provided, a refundable £65 + VAT deposit may be required to cover potential parking fines.
We aim to be punctual, but please allow a 1–2 hour window in case of traffic or delays outside our control.
